  • Take adequate rest of your Body. At Least 7-8 Hours of Sound Sleep is a must.

  • Try to maintain a good relationship with your family members, relatives, neighbours, friends, colleagues at your workplace etc.
  • When you wish good for others, good things come back to you. This is the “LAW OF NATURE”.— Try to practice it.

  • Make an attitude of never hating & always forgiving others.
